  • Schedule immediate showings of the homes that interest you.
  • Help you visualize cosmetic updating and other ways to improve a home.
  • Answer questions about the seller’s disclosures and condition of properties that interest you. 
  • Help you write a winning offer that you feel comfortable with.
  • Help you decide which inspections you want and line them up, using my list of well-respected inspectors. 
  • Negotiate on your behalf all aspects of offers, counter offers,  and contingency removals.
  • Guide you through all paperwork, ensuring all necessary signatures are obtained on both sides of the transaction.
  • Be present when you sign your closing documents at the title company to answer any questions.
  • Represent your best inerest at all times.
