- Newspaper and other print advertising using an original, artist’s sketch of your home.
- Four-color property brochures using professional photographs of your home’s interior, exterior and neighborhood.
- Internet advertising with professional, color photographs on more than 15 web sites, including the MLS, Realtor.com, Gruggco.com, Craigslist, CarolBrownre.com, and a property web site for your address.
- Promotional postcards sent to more than 1000 of Carol’s personal real estate contacts.
- Personal open house invitations to 200 neighbors.
- Inclusion in Carol’s real estate newsletter with a distribution of more than 1200 homeowners in the area.
- Hold open houses for agents with lunch.
- Hold Sunday open houses for the public.
- Set up and track showings.
- Distribute disclosure packages to interested parties; keep track of and manage interest levels.
- Provide you with reports twice a week on all marketing and showing activity.
- Schedule appointments for reviewing offers.
- Oversee and manage all offers, counter offers, and contingency removals.
- Negotiate strongly on your behalf with buyers and their agents.
- Obtain required signatures from all parties through the close of escrow.
- Be present when you sign your closing documents at the title company.
